Symptoms
Dialogs and alerts display non-latin characters incorrectly in an edit
template.
Cause
All edit templates must be in the UTF-8 unicode
format.
Resolution
Change the character set to utf-8 on the category where the edit template
is stored, make sure to select apply to: this container, subcontainers and
documents.
After this the edit template must be re-saved in order for the change to
take effect. Alternatively a site administrator can right click on the
category in question and choose synchronize files.
